BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Westcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 19th December, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Chin States, scattered in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Northern Shan and Rakhine States, isolated in Bago and Taninthayi Regions, (Southern& Eastern) and Kayah States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (30-35)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (6-9) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin, Northern Shan and Chin States.
