BAY INFERENCE .According to the observations at (05:30)hrs MST today, the cyclonic storm 'DAYE" over NorthWest Bay of Bengal has crossed Andhra Paradesh coast near Gopalpur(India).It is forecast to move West -NorthWest wards and weaken gradually into deep depression.Monsoon is weak over the Andaman esa and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 21st September, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will be Isolated in Kayah ,Kayin and Mon states and scattered in Naypyitaw, Magway, Bago,Yangon, Ayeyarwady ,Tanintayi Regions and Shan state and Fairly widespread in the remaining Regions and States . Degree of certainty is (100%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Occasional squalls with rough seas will be experienced Deltaic, off and along Rakhine Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (40) m.p.h. Sea will be moderate elsewhere in Myanmar waters.Wave height will be about (9 - 12) feet Deltaic, off and along Rakhine Coasts and about (4-7)feet in Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts.
