FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 11th APRIL, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Chin States, isolated in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, (Northern and Eastern) Shan State.
