BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay and  partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 9^th APRIL, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin, Northern Shan and Chin States, isolated in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, (Eastern and Southern)Shan, Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainly is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3 - 5) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of continuation of scattered rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin, Shan and Chin States.
