Condition of La Nina in February, 2025

  1. The Sea Surface Temperature (SST) over Tropical Pacific Ocean near the Equator and atmosphere phenomena reaches weak La Nina condition. According to the International Meteorological Agency, Numerical Weather prediction models are expected to remain weak La Nina level during February.
  2. Although the La Nina conditions occur at Pacific Ocean, more frequently occur Easterly Waves, more low pressure areas may form over the Bay of Bengal, above Rainfall conditions will occur due to the impact of La Nina.
  3. La Nina Condition will be updated in time.
