BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
Special Features: According to the observations at (17:30) hrs MST today, the Typhoon(MAN-YI) over the South China Sea is likely forecast to move Westwards and reach near Hainan Island around the night of 19-11-2024.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 19th November 2024: Rain will be scattered in Yangon,Taninthayi Regions and Southern Shan, Kayin, Mon States and isolated in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and (Northern and Eastern)Shan, Kayah States. Degree of certainty is 80%. Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Southern Shan, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
