SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TO TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain has been isolated in Taninthayi Region. Weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Bago Regions and Southern Shan, Chin, Rakhine States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 3°C to 4°C below November average temperatures in Southern Shan, Chin States and 2°C below November average temperature in Eastern Shan State and 2°C above November average temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region and Rakhine, Mon States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 0.0°C in Hakha, 6.2°C in Pyinoolwin, 7.3°C in Namsam(Southern Shan), 7.6°C in Loilin, 8.3°C in Tiddim, 9.0°C each in Pinlaung and Heho and 10.1°C in Taunggyi. The noteworthy amount of rainfall record was 0.04 inch in Dawei.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay, a few cloud over the Central Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
