29-11-2024: BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (05:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Deep Depression over Southwest Bay of Bengal has moved Northwards. It is centered at about 665 Nautical miles West-Southwest of Coco Island(Myanmar), 230 Nautical miles South-Southeast of Chennai(India). Weather is cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and over the Bay of Bengal.

According to the observations at (11:30) hrs M.S.T today, a low pressure area has formed over Northwest Bay and adjoining West Bengal, India and Bangladesh. It may further intensify and move West-Northwestwards across West Bengal Coast and Jharkhand, India during next 3 days.
