BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 30th July 2024: Rain or thundershowers will be Scattered in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and Kayah State, fairly widespread in Magway Region and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of regionally heavyfalls in Taninthayi Regions and Rakhine, Kayin Mon State and isolated heavyfalls in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, State. Degree of certainty is 100%.
THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, (Northren and Eastern) Shan, Chin, Rakhine States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with rough seas are likely at times in off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach 35 mph. Wave height will be about 8-10 feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Increase of rain in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Shan, Chin Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States.
