BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 1^st May 2024: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Kachin State and isolated in Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Taninthayi Regions and Shan, Chin States. Degree of certainty is 80%. Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 6-8 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS:  Likelihood of fairly widespread rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State and isolated to scattered rain or thundershowers in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States.
