BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay of Bengal and a few cloud elsewhere over Bay of Bengal. 

FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 8th November 2026: Weather have been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Chin States. Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Lower Sagaing Region and Kayah, Rakhine States, scattered in Naypyitaw, Mandalay,Bago, Magway Regions and (Northern and Eastern) Shan States, fairly widespread in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is 100%.       

THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Yangon,  Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 5-7 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of increase of rain in Mandalay, Magway, Lower Sagaing Regions and Chin, Rakhine, (Northern and Southern) Shan States.

FORECAST FOR NAYPYITAW AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 8th November 2026:       Isolated rain or thundershowers. Degree of certainty is 80%.
