Well-Marked Low Pressure Area Condition

            According to the observations at 11:30 hrs MST today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area has crossed near Matupi, Myanmar continue crossing Chin State, Myanmar and adjoining Southeast Bangladesh and Mizoram, India. It is continue to move North-Northwestwards and Mizoram, India and adjoining Southeast Bangladesh and weaken into a Low Pressure Area during next 24 hours.

It present state of Well-Marked Low-Pressure Area is coded as brown stage, it is crossing near Matupi in Myanmar.

General caution

Due to the Well-Marked Low Pressure Area, rain or thundershowers are likely to be fairly widespread to widespread in Naypyitaw, Magway, Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Chin, Rakhine, States and scatted in Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Ayeyarwady, Regions and Kayah, Kayin, Mon, Shan States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in NayPyiTaw, Mandalay, Magway, Sagaing Regions and Chin, Rakhine States during today noon to 1-10-2026. Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squall may reach 25-30 mph. Wave height will be about 8-10 feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.
