    According to the observations at 06:30 hrs MST today, due to the strong to vigorous monsoon over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal and the low pressure area over the Northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining North Odisha-West Bengal Coast rain or thundershowers are likely to be fairly widespread to widespread in NayPyiTaw, Yangon, Bago, Upper Sagaing, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Kayin, Chin, Mon, Rakhine States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls during today's morning to 12-7-2026. 

    Occasional squalls with rough seas will be experienced off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squall may reach 30-35 mph. Wave height will be about 9-11 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

People should be awared due to the strong to vigorous monsoon over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal and the low pressure area over the Northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining North Odisha-West Bengal Coast such as the heavy rainfall with strong wind, flash flood and landslide in the hilly areas and near small rivers and inland water transport and domestic flight.
