PART ONE      : According to the observations at (12:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Very Severe Cyclonic Storm "BULBUL" over the Northwest Bay of Bengal has moved Northwards. It is centered at about within half degree of Lat (20.55)°N and Lon (87.75)°E. It is forecast to move Northeast wards.

PART TWO        : Weather is cloudy over the North Bay and Westcentral Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 10.5°N – 16.5°N AND LONG. 92°E

WEATHER                      : Isolated rain or thundershowers.
