Land Depression Condition
According to the observations at 06:30 hrs MST today, the Deep Depression has crossed near Kyaikto in Myanmar moved North-Northwestwards and downgraded into a Land Depression. It is centered at about 30 miles South-Southeast of Phyu, 60 miles South-Southeast of Taunggu and 120 miles South-Southeast of Naypyitaw, Myanmar.
It present state of Land Depression is coded as brown stage, it could cross from the near Phyu, in Myanmar.

The Land Depression is located at Latitude 18.1 degree North and Longitude 96.6 degree East, centre pressure of Depression is 1002 hPa and maximum wind speed near the center is 35 miles per hour at 06:30 hrs MST today.

Due to the Land Depression, rain or thundershowers are likely to be fairly widespread to widespread in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Magway, Sagaing, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin. Kayah, Kayin, Chin, Mon, Rakhine, Shan States with likelihood of regionally and isolated heavyfalls during today morning to 1-10-2026. Squalls with rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squall may reach 30 mph. Wave height will be about 9-11 feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.
