26-7-2026 According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over Northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoing West Bengal Coasts –still persists. It is likely to become more marked during next 2 days. Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal. Weather is a few cloud over the South Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

Well Marked Low Pressure Area Condition

According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over the Northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining North Odisha -West Bengal Coasts, India has moved Northwestwards and has been crossing North Odisha and adjoining Jaarkhand and West Bengal, India. It is likely to continue moving Northwestwards and cross the interior parts of India and gradually weakening.
