It is likely to become more marked during next 2 days. Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal. Weather is a few cloud over the South Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

A slight earthquake of magnitude 4.0(M) with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (11) miles north of Singu), latitude 22.70°N, longitude 95.99, depth (11) kilometers, about (49) miles north-northwest of Mandalay seismological observatory was recorded at (05) hr (09) min (23) sec M.S.T on 12th July, 2026.
