It is likely to become more marked during next 2 days. Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal. Weather is a few cloud over the South Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

A slight earthquake of magnitude 4.3(M) with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (17) miles east of Mawlaik), latitude 23.65°N, longitude 94.69°E, depth (98) kilometers, about (47) miles southeast of Tamu seismological observatory was recorded at (19) hr (59) min (44) sec M.S.T on 10th July, 2026.
