It is likely to become more marked during next 2 days. Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal. Weather is a few cloud over the South Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

A slight earthquake of magnitude 3.0(M) with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (16) miles west-northwest of Kani), latitude 22.47°N, longitude 94.60°E, depth (49) kilometers, about (65) miles east-southeast of Hakha seismological observatory was recorded at (12) hr (13) min (09)sec M.S.T on 4th July, 2026.
