It is likely to become more marked during next 2 days. Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal. Weather is a few cloud over the South Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

A slight earthquake of magnitude 4.3(M) with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (25) miles northwest of Monghnyin), latitude 24.97°N, longitude 96.02°E, depth (30) kilometers, about (57) miles north-northwest of Katha seismological observatory was recorded at (23)hr (42)min (26)sec M.S.T on 30th June, 2026.
