It is likely to become more marked during next 2 days. Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal. Weather is a few cloud over the South Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

A slight earthquake of magnitude 4.0(M) with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (19) miles southeast of Mawkmai), latitude 19.98°N, longitude 97.86°E, depth (7) kilometers, about (62) miles south-southeast of Namsang seismological observatory was recorded at (01)hr (34)min (06)sec M.S.T on 27th June, 2026.
