PART ONE          : According to the observations at (05:30) hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over the South Andaman Sea and adjoining Malacca Strait still persists. It is may further intensify into a Well Marked Low Pressure Area during next (12) hrs and likely to move West-Northwestwards and may further intensify into a Depression over the Southeast Bay of Bengal on (29.11.2023). Thereafter, it is likely to move Northwestwards and may further intensify into a Cyclonic Storm on (1.12.2023).
