PART ONE          : According to the observations at (17:30) hrs M.S.T today, the well marked low pressure area over Southeast Bay and adjoining Central Bay of Bengal still persists. It is likely initially to move Northwestwards and further intensify into a depression over the Westcentral Bay of Bengal on (22.10.2023). Thereafter, it is likely forecast to move North-Northeastwards towards Bangladesh coast and adjoining West Bengal coast, India and further intensify on (25.10.2023).
