PART ONE          : According to the observations at (12:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Low Pressure Area over Northeast Bay and adjoining Eastcentral Bay of Bengal still persists. It is likely to move northwestwards and may further intensify into a Well Marked Low Pressure Area during next (48)hours there after it may reach to North Odisha and adjoining West Bengal Coasts, India.                  

PART TWO         : Weather is cloudy over the Northeast Bay of Bengal. Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 10.5°N – 16.5°N AND LONG. 92°E

WEATHER                      : Widespread rain or thundershowers with likelihood of regionally heavyfalls.

VISIBILITY                       : (3) nautical miles but less than (1) nautical mile in rain.

SURFACE WIND               : South or Southwest (10 - 15) kts at times (30 -35)kts.
