PART ONE          : According to the observations at (12:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Cyclonic Storm “MOCHA” over Southeast Bay of Bengal has moved North-Northwestward and still persists. It is centered at about within half degree of North latitude (11.6) and degree of East longitude (87.9).

PART TWO         : Weather is partly cloudy over the North Bay and cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
