PART ONE          : According to the observations at (09:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over South Bay of Bengal and adjoining East Equatorial Indian Ocean has intensified into a Well Marked Low Pressure Area over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining East Equatorial Indian Ocean. It is likely to move west-northwestwards slowly during next (24)hrs.

PART TWO          :  Weather is cloudy over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
