PART ONE          : According to the observations at (12:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining Equatorial Indian Ocean now lies over South Bay of Bengal and adjoining Equatorial Indian Ocean. It can further intensify and forecast continue to move West-Northwestwards.

PART TWO         : Weather is cloudy over the South Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Central Bay of Bengal and generally fair elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
