PART ONE        : According to the observations at (17:30) hrs M.S.T today, the depression over Southeast Bay of Bengal has moved West- Northwestwards and centered at about within half degree of Latitude (8.7)°N and longitude (87.4)°E. It may further intensify into a Deep Depression during next (12)hours and forecast to move North-Northwestwards into a Cyclonic Storm.
