PART ONE         : According to the observations at (03:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Severe Cyclonic Storm (NIVAR) over the Southwest Bay of Bengal has moved Northwestwards and crossing to India near Puducherry coast. It is centered at about within half degree of lat (12.0)°N and long (80.1)°E. It is forecast to move Northwestwards and gradually weaken in to a Cyclonic Storm.
