PART ONE         : According to the observations at (03:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Cyclonic Storm (NIVAR) over the Southwest Bay of Bengal has moved West wards and intensified into a Severe Cyclonic Storm (NIVAR) and it is centered at about within half degree of lat (10.1)°N and long (82.1)°E. It is forecast to move West-Northwestwards and intensify into a Very Severe Cyclonic Storm during next (12)hrs.
