SPECIAL FEATURE : According to the observations at (18:30) hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the Gulf of Thailand is moving to westwards. It is likely to cross Southern Thailand and Southern Myanmar areas on tonight. It is forecast to reach the Andaman Sea at (9.10.2020).
