PART ONE         : According to the observations at (06:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Westcentral Bay and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal off North Andhra Pradesh- South Odisha coasts (India) still persists. 

PART TWO        : Weather is partly cloudy over the North Bay. Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

WEATHER                      : Widespread rain or thundershowers.

VISIBILITY                     : (4) nautical miles but (1) nautical mile in rain.
