PART ONE          : According to the observations at (09:30)hrs M.S.T today, An Extremely severe cyclonic storm (AMPHAM) over the Westcentral Bay and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal has moved to North-Northeastward. It is centered at about within half degree of Lat (19.5)°N and Long (87.6)°E. It is continuously forecast to move North- Northeast wards and may across between Digha, West Bengal(India) and Hastiya Island and Bangladash during next (12)hours.

PART TWO         : Weather is cloudy over the North Bay and Westcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

WEATHER                      :  widespread rain or thundershowers.

VISIBILITY                       : (4) nautical miles but less than (1) nautical mile in rain.

SEAS                             : Moderate to Rough.
