PART ONE          : According to the observations at (09:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Super cyclonic storm (AMPHAM) over the Westcentral Bay of Bengal has moved to North- Northeast wards. It is centered at about within half degree of Lat (15.6)°N and Long (86.7)°E. It is continuously forecast to move North- Northeast wards and may across between West Bengal(India) and Bangladash Coasts.

PART TWO         : Weather is partly cloudy over the Eastcentral Bay and cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 10.5°N – 16.5°N AND LONG. 92°E

WEATHER                      :  Fairly widespread rain or thundershowers.

VISIBILITY                       : (4) nautical miles but less than (1) nautical mile in rain.

SURFACE WIND               : South or Southwest (15-20)kts at times (30-40)kts.

SEAS                             : Rough.

WAVE HEIGHT                 : (8 - 10) feet.
