PART ONE          :According to the observations at (18:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Super Cyclonic Storm (AMPHAN) over the West Central Bay and adjoining South Bay of Bangal has moved North-Northeast wards and over a West Central Bay of Bengal. It is centered at about within half degree of Lat (14.1)°N and Lon (86.4)°E. It is forecast to re-curve North-Northeastwards and may cross between West Bengal(India) and Bangladesh coasts.

PART TWO         : Weather is cloudy over the South Bay and West Central Bay and partly cloudy and cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

WEATHER                      :  Fairly widespread rain or thundershowers.

VISIBILITY                       : (4) nautical miles but less than(1) nautical mile in rain.

SURFACE WIND               : South or Southwest (10-15)kts at times (30)kts.

SEAS                              : Moderate to rough.

WAVE HEIGHT                 : (8 - 10) feet.
