PART ONE         :According to the observations at (18:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over the South Andaman Sea and adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal still persists and couldn't significantly intensify in the current condition. 

PART TWO        : Weather is a few cloud over  the Central Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 10.5°N – 16.5°N AND LONG. 92°E

WEATHER                      : Scattered rain or thundershowers.

VISIBILITY                     : (4) nautical miles but less than (1) nautical mile in rain.
