PART ONE         : According to the observations at (06:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Very Severe Cyclonic Storm "BULBUL" over the Northwest Bay and adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bengal moved to Northwards. It is centered at about within half degree of Lat (19.6)°N and Lon (87.6)°E. It is initially forecast to move Northwards and then continuously move to Northeastwards.
