PART ONE         :According to the observations at (21:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Very Severe Cyclonic Storm "BULBUL" over the Westcentral Bay and adjoining Eastcentral Bay moved Northwards and now lies over Northwest and adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bengal. It is centered at about within half degree of Lat (18.5)°N and Lon (87.6)°E. It is initially forecast to move Northwards and then continuosly move to Northeast wards.
