PART ONE    : According to the observations at (18:30)hrs MST today, the  deep depression over the Westcentral Bay of Bengal   is centered at about within half degree of latitude (18.0)N and long(86.5)E.It is forecast to move  West -NorthWest wards and it may further intensify into a Cyclonic storm during next  12 hrs.It will cross near Gopapur (India ) around mid night of today.

PART TWO   : Monsoon is weak  to moderate  over the  Andaman sea and strong over the Bay of Bengal .
