BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the Cyclonic Storm “ARNAB” over the Central Bay of Bengal last night, has moved West- Northwestwards and intensified into a Severe Cyclonic Storm over the Westcentral Bay of Bengal. According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, It  has  further intensified into a Very Severe Cyclonic Storm.  It is centered at about 440 Nautical miles West-Northwest of Coco Island(Myanmar), 190 Nautical miles East- Southeast of Visakhapatnam and 225 Nautical miles East-Southeast of Kakinada, India.Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal. 

FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 27th October 2026: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, (Northern and Southern)Shan State,  fairly widespread in Magway, Taninthayi Regions and Chin, Eastern Shan States, scattered in Yangon, Bago, Lower Sagaing, Ayeyarwady  Regions and Kayah, Kayin,  Chin, Mon, Rakhine States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with regionaly heavyfall in Naypyitaw, Mandalay Regions and Chin, Southern Shan States. Degree of certainty is 100%. 

THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Northern and Southern)Shan State, States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena. 

STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with rough seas are likely at times in Deltaic, off and along Rakhine Coasts. Surface wind speed in squall may reach 30-35 mph.
