BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 19th October 2026: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Chin, Eastern Shan States, scattered in Naypyitaw, Magway, Lower Sagaing Regions and Kayah, Rakhine States, fairly widespread in Madalay, Bago Region and  Kayin, Nothern Shan States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls in Madalay Region and Rakhine State.Degree of certainty is 100%.  

THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Mandalay, Bago, Magway, Lower Sagaing, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Chin, Rakhine, Shan States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena. 

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 4-6 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight increase of day temperatures in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Bago, Magway, Lower Sagaing Regions and Kayin, Mon States.
