BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea, South Bay, Westcentral Bay and Northwest Bay of Bengal.  Weather is partly cloudy  over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and a few cloud over elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.          

FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 4th October 2026: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Taninthayi Region,  fairly widespread in Kayin, Mon States, scattered in Mandalay, Lower Sagaing Regions and Kachin, Kayah, (Northern and Southern) Shan States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States  with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Taninthayi Region.Degree of certainty is 80%.

THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Mandalay, Magway, Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Chin, Kayin, Mon, Shan States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena. 

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 5-7 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of increase of rain in Taninthayi Region and Kayin, Mon States.
