Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and South Bay, Westcentral Bay and Northwest Bay of Bengal.  Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay of Bengal and a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
