PART ONE : According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, the Depression over the Westcentral Bay of Bengal and adjoining Eastcentral Bay of Bengal has moved West-Northwestwards. It is centered at about within half degree of Lat 17.4°N and Lon 86.0°E. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and further intensify into a Deep Depression over the Westcentral Bay of Bengal and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal during next 12 hours and continuous to move West-Northwestwards and cross the North Andhra Pradesh-South Odisha Coasts between Visakhapatnam and Gopalpur (India). Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

PART TWO : Monsoon is moderate to strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal. Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 10.5°N – 16.5°N AND LNG. 92°E

WEATHER : Widespread rain or thundershowers with likelihood isolated heavyfalls.

VISIBILITY : 3 nautical miles but less than 1/2 nautical mile in rain.

SURFACE WIND : West or Southwest 20-25 kts at times 35 kts.

SEAS : Rough.

WAVE HEIGHT : 9-12 ft.
