PART ONE : According to the observations at 12:30 hrs MST today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over the Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bengal still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and further intensify into a Depression over the Westcentral Bay of Bengal during next 24 hours and into a Deep Depression over the Westcentral Bay of Bengal and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal during next 48 hours. Continuing to move West-Northwestwards and it is likely to reach over the North Andhra Pradesh Coasts- South Odisha, India.

PART TWO : Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal. Weather is cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal

FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 10.5°N – 16.5°N AND LNG. 92°E

WEATHER : Widespread rain or thundershowers with likelihood isolated heavyfalls.

VISIBILITY : 3 nautical miles but less than 1/2 nautical mile in rain.

SURFACE WIND : West or Southwest 20-25 kts at times 35 kts.

SEAS : Rough.

WAVE HEIGHT : 9-12 ft.
