PART ONE          : According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, the Depression over the North Odisha(India) has moved Northwestwards and reached over the South Jharkhand and adjoining interior Odisha. It is likely continue to move Northwestwards and may cross interior regions of India.

VISIBILITY                       : 3 nautical miles but less than 1/2 nautical mile in rain.

SURFACE WIND               : West or Southwest 10-15 kts at times 20-25 kts.

SEAS                             : Moderate to rough.
