PART ONE : According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over the South Andaman Sea and adjoining Strait of Malacca still persists. It is almost stationary and may intensify into a depression. According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, a low pressure area has formed over Extreme Southern parts of India, Comorin Area and adjoining Southwest Bay of Bengal and Sri Lanka. It is likely to become to more marked.
PART TWO : Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and Central Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
