PART TWO : Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
SPECIAL FEATURES: According to the observations at 12:30 hrs MST today, the Typhoon “KALMAEGI” over the South China Sea has moved Westwards and it is centered at about 240 Nautical miles Southeast of Da Nang(Vietnam). It is forecast likely continue to move West and may cross south of Da Nang, the Vietnam coast at tonight. Thereafter, it is likely to move West-Northwestwards and may continue to cross boundary area of Vietnam and Laos as a severe tropical storm during next 24 hours.
