PART ONE : According to the observations at 12:30 hrs M.S.T today, the Depression over Northwest Bay of Bengal(West Bengal, India- Bangladesh Coasts) has moved nearly Northwards and further intensified into a Deep Depression. It is centered at about within ½ degree of latitude 21.3°N longitude 88.5°E.
PART TWO : Monsoon is vigorous over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 10.5°N – 16.5°N AND LONG. 92°E
WEATHER : Widespread rain or thundershowers with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls.
VISIBILITY : 3 nautical miles but 1/2 nautical mile in rain.
SURFACE WIND : South or Southwest 15-20 kts at times 30-35 kts.
SEAS : Rough to very rough.
WAVE HEIGHT : 10-14 ft.

WEATHER : Widespread rain or thundershowers with likelihood of regionally heavyfalls.
