PART ONE            :  According to the observations at 12:30 hrs M.S.T today, the well marked low pressure area over Northwest Bay of Bengal(off Odisha coasts) still persists. It is likely to move slowly Northwards and further intensify into a depression duing next 24 hours.

PART TWO         : Monsoon is strong over the  Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay of Bengal and vigorous elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

WEATHER                      : Widespread rain or thundershowers.

VISIBILITY                       : 4 nautical miles but 1 nautical mile in rain.

SURFACE WIND               : South or Southwest 15-20 kts at times 30-35 kts.

SEAS                             : Rough to very rough.
